DaLocker is currently in product testing and is not yet available for purchase. We're working through the details now so that shipping, returns, and product expectations are clear before we begin accepting orders.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be published before DaLocker becomes available for purchase.

Customers will be able to review applicable shipping charges and delivery information before completing an order.

Returns

Our return policy will be published before we begin accepting orders. It will explain return eligibility, applicable timeframes, return shipping, and how refunds are handled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

When ordering becomes available, we'll also provide instructions for reporting products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Product Testing

Products provided specifically for prototype testing, evaluation, or product-development feedback may be subject to different terms than products eventually offered for retail sale. Any applicable terms will be communicated directly to testers.

When DaLocker Goes On Sale

We'll update this page with our complete shipping and return policies before the first DaLocker is offered for purchase.
